The following is the arrangement as agreed upon:

T&C

1. Pre-booking basis only (3 days in advance), subject to availability.
2. Tents must be set up within the designated camping perimeter only.
3. Tents are not provided, campers are to bring their own camping gear
4. No solo campers, minimum of 2 people per group
5. Adult supervision is needed for individual below 18 years old at the campsite. Minimum age to enter campsite
   is 2 years old.
6. Camping activity may be delayed or postponed during extremely bad weather. Postponement within a month.
7. Please wear appropriate outdoor attire.
8. All payments for self operate activities are to be made at PIDW Centre.
9. To fill up the indemnity form at PIDW Centre
10. RM50 refundable deposit payment to be paid in cash at PIDW Centre during check in, refundable subject to
    cleanliness and any damage.
11. Payment of package price to be paid at PIDW Centre during check in
12. Food is not provided at the camping site.
13. Only the use of mini camping stove with single burner is allowed for cooking, barbeque allowed only under the
    supervision of ranger.
14. Cooking utensils are not provided.
15. No glassware at the camping site
16. No alcohol consumption
17. No smoking. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
18. No loud music.
19. Please keep the environment clean at all times and dispose of all waste into designated trash cans.
20. Removal of any leaves, plants or tress is strictly prohibited.
21. Feeding, petting, harassing, or harming animals is prohibited.
22. Any dangerous act, behaviour, or item is prohibited.
23. Campers must adhere to the instruction given by the ranger at all time.
24. Campers who do not follow the rules and regulation will be evicted from Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands.
25. The regulation, protection, conservation and management of wildlife is applied under the Wildlife Conservation
    Act (Act No. 716).

27. To not wander around in PIDW without ranger supervision
28. RM20 for adult and RM10 for kids add-ons for tour around recreational area during the camping session
29. Customer to bear the cost of any broken or damages to the surrounding of the area.
30. Discovery Wetlands Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings, and for any
    injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused at Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands.
